The drainage from the homes on the hillside above this property were causing serious flooding issues all the way up to the screen porch of this newly constructed home. We determined a retaining wall would help give more room for a French drain and add space to this small back yard.

Relaxing Fireside
Our design included a 3D walkthrough to show the homeowner what we could do with the space. We added tons of drainage and pipe work to the hillside above to help take the water away from the property. We planted evergreens to give
the homeowner privacy once they mature. Our boulder bubbler water feature adds serenity and helps to sound out neighbors. The fire pit with seating wall gives a space to entertain on those crisp fall Volunteer game nights. This project is definitely one of our favorites that we are proud to show!
