BUILT JUST FOR HANGING OUT –

This outdoor space had a slick McDonalds tile patio, aging deck and a dirty flagstone seating area that had to be completely removed. The pergola was still in good shape so we worked around it to update the dining area. The homeowners new they wanted pavers so they wouldn’t have to replace the deck again overtime. In the initial design, I pitched the idea of a rectangular paver laid in an herringbone pattern. Samples were brought of the Mega Arbel Belgard pavers and the homeowners fell in love!
Mega Arbel offers the look of flagstone without the unevenness of natural stone. The square footage of the paver patio was 400 square feet and cost just over $13,000. We also updated the natural flagstone area as well with half-inch Crab Orchard gravel laid in the cracks.
