When the new animal shelter in Cumberland county was built, their budget went toward installing all kinds of bells and whistles for the dog and cats they housed. The new cages offered the dogs the chance to be inside or out and cats had awesome towers to climb and play. During construction of the new building, there was no money for landscaping. This building was so nice it needed to have an equally impressive landscape! We offered one day of our time to install 60 tons of gravel, 20 yards of mulch, and some awesome plantings that would require no maintenance. We came up with a design to get approved before the city board and knocked this project out in one very long day!
