WATERFRONT VIEW – Grande Vista Bay

Our design for the project included a 3D walkthrough. We created a flag stone walkway to invite guests to the entrance. The entire space is viewed from the upper screened porch, so we wanted to make the garden visually appealing from above. The gas fire pit boulder makes entertaining as easy as the flick of a switch. We brought in 48 tons of boulders to create walls to retain the hillside along with the plants. We planted evergreens to give the homeowner privacy once they mature. The fire pit with seating wall gives a space to entertain on those crisp fall nights. The homeowners choose Bermuda sod for its ease of maintenance, drought tolerance and low installation cost.
